=== | Our Award Application Form If you've read the CRITERIA and DISQUALIFICATIONS, and SCORING and you're still want to apply for one of our awards, then simply go below and click Application to apply. Our form is on a secure server. Please fill out the application carefully. We have a password question that is embedded in our criteria and must be answered correctly. If you haven't read the criteria now is the time to go back and read it. Due to the large quantity of applications we receive, we can no longer take the time to evaluate applicants who haven't read the criteria and just want an easy way to apply. This is not a GIVE AWAY award! Reading the criteria gives you the opportunity to make changes to your site which could make quite a difference as to whether or not you win our award. All applicants will be notified by within 2 weeks of our decision. If you do not qualify as a winner of our award ... don't be discouraged. Your site may be re-submitted when revisions have been made and you feel you have met the criteria. Any site that receives an award will be posted in our Winners section. If you choose not to display our award and link on your site we will disqualify and remove your site after 2 weeks.
